  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and apple cider; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon.
