  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika (if using), and black pepper.
  4. Take each chicken breast and wrap it with two slices of turkey bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture generously over each bacon-wrapped chicken breast.
  6. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is crispy.
