Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken in the dish and pour any remaining marinade on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
