  • 1.2 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; toss well to coat.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  4. While wings roast, melt butter in a small pan over low heat; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
  5. Toss cooked wings in the garlic butter mixture and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
