  • 1 box graham crackers (about 1214 full crackers)
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay graham crackers in a single layer at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form; gently fold into the pudding mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream filling over the graham crackers, then spoon half of the apple pie filling on top.
  5. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers followed by remaining cream filling and apple pie filling.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
  7. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
