  • 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • ¾ cup milk (for the biscuit mix)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for the biscuit topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook shrimp, crab meat, and fish for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
  2. Add chicken or seafood broth and heavy cream to the pot along with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  3. Mix in frozen vegetables and cooked seafood mixture; heat for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir until the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes more.
  5. In a bowl, combine Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix with milk; stir gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the creamy seafood mixture into a baking dish and spoon biscuit mixture over the top.
  7. Drizzle melted butter on the biscuit topping.
