  • 1 package store-bought puff pastry (thawed, two-sheet pack)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into 24 ½” cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place half a cube of brie in the center of each square, top with cranberry sauce and crushed walnuts.
  4. Fold over the pastry to create pockets, pinch to seal, then brush with an egg wash.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
