  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken deli meat
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, chicken deli meat, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices on top of the rolls.
  4. In a bowl, mix butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread over the tops of the sliders.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  6. Prepare the grinder salad by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers in a bowl.
  7. Once baked, add the grinder salad on top of the sliders before serving warm.
