  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes until slightly firm.
