  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 3 tbsp Truffle Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 70 g Cheddar (grated)
  • 30 g plus 1 tbsp Parmesan (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt truffle butter, whisk in flour for about two minutes, then gradually add milk while whisking until thickened.
  3. Stir in cheddar and parmesan until melted; season with salt and pepper. Add cooked gnocchi and mix gently.
  4. In a food processor, combine remaining truffle butter, breadcrumbs, garlic, and parsley; blend until mixed.
  5. Transfer gnocchi mixture to a baking dish, top with breadcrumb mixture, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
