  • 4 oz thinly sliced turkey slices, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water for about 3–5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
